Binance & OKX users face $1900 fines in Vietnam, Coinbase in China? Asia Express
Vietnam will fine retail crypto users up to $1900 for trading on unlicensed overseas platforms like Binance or OKX. Domestic investors trading crypto for foreign investors can be fined up to $3800. Meanwhile, Coinbase may be allowing Chinese users to verify accounts using Chinese IDs and addresses.
