Poo-Demic: As Cases Spread To 41 States, FDA Suddenly Can't Find Parasite In Recalled Lettuce

A stomach parasite has sickened people in 41 states, with 4,173 confirmed cases since May 1, according to the CDC. The FDA recalled Taylor Farms iceberg lettuce from central Mexico linked to 1,644 illnesses, but no sample has tested positive for the parasite.
