India Keeps Buying Russian Oil At Near-Record Pace Despite Expired Waiver
India has maintained near-record crude oil imports from Russia, averaging 2.45 million barrels per day in July. The imports continue despite the US waiver expiring in June, with Russia remaining India's largest crude oil supplier. The UAE and Saudi Arabia rank second and third, respectively, with average supplies of 617,000 and 586,000 barrels per day.
