Celsius founders to pay FTC $16.5M
Alex Mashinsky, Shlomi Daniel Leon and Hanoch Goldstein, founders of Celsius Network, will pay $16.5 million to resolve Federal Trade Commission charges. Mashinsky will pay $10 million, Leon $4.1 million and Goldstein $2.4 million. The founders are also banned from marketing certain products and services.
