FTX to distribute $900M to creditors in fifth payment round

FTX will distribute $900 million to creditors in its fifth payment round, starting July 31, as part of its recovery plan. The FTX Recovery Trust has distributed about $10 billion since the company's bankruptcy in November 2022. Former CEO Sam Bankman-Fried remains in federal prison for his role in the exchange's misuse of customer funds.
